Spooky Spokes Freaky FAQ

Q: What is the Spooky Spokes Halloween Costume Ride?

A: It's a fun event where riders can dress up in costumes and enjoy the trails at TMBP on October 27th from 7 am to 11 am. It is a regular Park day so day pass rates (P550) will apply. Shredit Card and Annual Pass holders can also join. Walk-ins are also welcome to the event! Visit the TMBP Office at Timberland Highlands Resort to register.

Q: What are the event highlights?

A: There's a "Fearsome Foursome" promo for free riding, treats on the trails for costumed riders, photo opportunities, and a costume contest with prizes!

Q: How does the "Fearsome Foursome" promo work?

A: When a group of 4 riders all wear costumes, the 4th rider gets to ride for free (P50 insurance fee still applies).

Q: What if I don't qualify for the "Fearsome Foursome" promo? I am a solo rider!

A: Annual Pass holders and Shredit Card holders can also join, and the usual Park day pass rate (P550) will apply - just like a regular Park day. But if you are in costume and you spot a group of 3 riders - maybe you can be their fourth wheel and qualify for the Fearsome Foursome promo!

Q: Where can I find treats on the trails?

A: Park Pa-Trolls will be handing out treats at Launch Pad, Bunker, and Brexit. Remember, you need to be in costume to get treats!

Q: Where will the photographers be?

A: Photographers will be stationed at the TMBP Office, Launch Pad, Brexit, and at other locations in the Park.

Q: How do I enter the costume contest?

A: The top 10 costumes with the most likes on TMBP's Facebook page by October 31st will win. Photos will be uploaded to the "Spooky Spokes 2024" album by October 28.

Q: How will the winners be notified?

A: The top 10 costumed riders will be contacted via FB Messenger, Viber, or SMS. So make sure to like and follow Timberland Mountain Bike Park on Facebook and Instagram!

Q: I’m a winner! How do I claim my Shredit Card?

A: Your Shredit Card will be waiting for you at the TMBP Office on your next visit.

Q: Are there any safety guidelines for costumes?

A: Yes, safety is important! Avoid loose fabrics, masks that obstruct vision, and dangling accessories. Helmets are mandatory. More details available here.

Q: What if it rains?

A: The event may be modified or canceled in case of severe weather. Check the TMBP Facebook page for updates.

Q: Do I need to register in advance?

A: No need for pre-registration. Just show up in costume, use your day pass, Shredit Card, or Annual Pass, and have fun!

Remember: Have fun, be safe, and get spooky!
