TMBP Rider ID Card FAQ

1. General Information & Benefits

  • What's changing with the TMBP Rider ID and Annual Waiver?

Starting October 31st, 2024, we're introducing a new and improved Rider ID system with an Annual Waiver that's valid until December 31st, 2025. This means less paperwork, more convenience, and exciting new benefits for you! The Rider ID is a card that grants you access to Timberland Mountain Bike Park's facilities after you've completed the Annual Waiver. It's required for all riders who use Day Passes, Shredit Cards, and Silver Shredit Cards.

The Rider ID is used as a proof of identification and that the rider has agreed to the new Annual Waiver. Riders will still need to purchase a day pass, Shredit Card, Silver Shredit Card to ride in TMBP.

  • Can I fill up the online forms even before October 31, 2024?

    Yes, you can fill up the forms  prior to the official start of October 31, 2024.

    • I have an Annual Pass, do I still need to get a Rider ID?

    The Rider ID is optional for Annual Pass holders.  

      2. Getting Your Rider ID

      • How do I get a Rider ID?

      You can sign up for a Rider ID starting October 31st, 2024, via this page.

      • How long does it take to get my Rider ID?

      Processing your Rider ID takes 12-15 working days. In the meantime, you can still access the park as TMBP staff will have a record of your completed Annual Waiver. TMBP Staff will contact you when your Rider ID is ready.

      • How can I check the status of my Rider ID application/renewal?

      TMBP Staff will contact you when your Rider ID is ready, which is typically between 12-15 working days.

        3. Using and Managing Your Rider ID

        • I already use the TMBP App, do I still need the Rider ID?

        Yes, the Rider ID is a physical backup to the TMBP App, so you can skip to step #3 on this page.

        • Can I let a friend use my Rider ID?

        No, the Rider ID is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on it.

        • What happens if I change my appearance or the information on my card?

        Any alteration to the card will invalidate it. TMBP reserves the right to revoke access in such cases.

        • Can I update my information on the Rider ID (e.g., in case of a name change, wrong data, typographical error, etc.)?

        Yes, you can do so upon renewal of your Rider ID. You can fill up the online form or inform TMBP Staff of your requested updates.

        How to use your Rider ID:

        1. Go to the TMBP Office
        2. Present your Rider ID
        3. Purchase a day pass, or use a Shredit Card or Silver Shredit Card (these already include Personal Accident Insurance)
        4. Wear your rider wrist tag
        5. Hit the trails!

          4. Lost/Stolen Rider IDs and Renewals

          • What if I lose my Rider ID?

          Report lost or stolen cards to TMBP immediately. You'll need to pay a replacement fee of P200 for a new card. The TMBP Office accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets such as G-Cash and Maya.

          • What do I need to bring/show to get a replacement Rider ID?

          Please bring a notarized Affidavit of Loss, as well as a government-issued ID to the TMBP Office, and inform TMBP staff that you need a replacement Rider ID.

          • When does my Rider ID expire and how do I renew it?

          Your Rider ID and Annual Waiver expire on December 31, 2025. You can renew them anytime starting December 2025, for a fee of P200. You will receive a new Rider ID after renewing your waiver. If there are no changes to your information, you do not need to fill up the form again.

          • What are the accepted methods of payment for the renewal fee?

          The TMBP Office accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets such as G-Cash and Maya.

          • What are the consequences of using an expired Rider ID?

          Using an expired Rider ID will result in you being denied access to the Timberland Mountain Bike Park. You will need to renew your Annual Waiver and pay the corresponding fee to receive a new Rider ID and regain access to the Park.

          • Can I transfer my Rider ID to another person if I no longer need it?

          No, the Rider ID is non-transferable. It is linked to your personal information and waiver.

            5. Other

            • Can I get a digital version of the Rider ID?

            Due to security concerns, digital versions of the Rider ID are not available. Please secure your Rider ID just as you would any identification card.
