TMBP Rider ID Card
For Pay-Per-Ride and Shredit Card Users
The Rider ID is used as a proof of identification and that the rider has agreed to the new Annual Waiver. Riders will still need to purchase a day pass, Shredit Card, Silver Shredit Card to ride in TMBP.

How to Get Your Rider ID:

Fill out the forms: Fill out the required information on Google Forms: <https://forms.gle/3ThvXy2KErKY3vsj6>

Allow for Processing: Your Rider ID will be processed within 12-15 working days.

Temporary Access: On your next visit to TMBP, fill up the Annual Waiver as we require a hard copy, and pay the P200 Rider ID processing fee. (Paying the processing fee during this visit will expedite the creation of your Rider ID.) On your next TMBP visit, you don't need to fill up the waiver anymore.

Receive Notification and Pick Up: You will be notified when your Rider ID is ready for pickup at the TMBP Office. Drop by the office to claim your Rider ID. (If you have not yet paid the processing fee, you will need to do so at this time.)

Enjoy the convenience: Rider IDs are issued to riders who have completed the Annual Waiver form - which means less paperwork, less waiting, and more time to ride until December 31, 2025!

Lost or Stolen Cards
In the unfortunate event that your Rider ID card is lost or stolen, please notify the TMBP Office immediately. A replacement fee of P200 will apply.

Renewal
Your Rider ID and Annual Waiver expire on December 31, 2025. You can renew them during December for a fee of P200. You will receive a new Rider ID after renewing your waiver. If there are no changes to your information, you do not need to fill up the form again.

TMBP values your privacy. The information collected during the Rider ID application process is used solely for identification and communication purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties.
