The TMBP Stoken System

The TMBP Stoken System is our way of celebrating our passionate riding community! It’s a rewards program that lets you earn exclusive currency just by riding our trails. The more you ride, the more you earn, and the more awesome TMBP gear you can score.

HOW DO YOU EARN STOKENS?

Earning Stokens starts with collecting Wrist Tags during your park visits.

Day Pass / Flow or Stoke Membership: Collect 5 wrist tags to exchange for 1 Stoken.
Prime or Annual Pass: Collect 8 wrist tags to exchange for 1 Stoken.

Note: Wrist tags are issued with every paid visit.

REDEEM YOUR STOKENS FOR GEAR!

Trade in your hard-earned Stokens for some cool TMBP merchandise:

1 Stoken: TMBP Rider ID
2 Stokens: Personalized Sticker Kit
4 Stokens: TMBP Trucker Cap

More awesome rewards will be added in the future, so keep stacking those Stokens!

IMPORTANT NOTES

Wrist Tags: Wrist tags are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost.
Stokens: Stokens can be transferred to a friend, so spread the stoke!
Get Your Stokens: Bring your collected wrist tags to the TMBP Office during your next visit to redeem them for Stokens.

STOKEN FAQs

Q: What if I lose my Wrist Tag?
A: That's unfortunate! Wrist Tags are non-transferable and can't be replaced if lost or stolen. So, keep them safe after every ride.
Q: Can I use other riders' Wrist Tags?
A: No. Stokens are earned through your own riding at TMBP. Each Wrist Tag is unique to you, and we track each wrist tag number.
Q: What if my Wrist Tag is damaged?
A: We accept wrist tags that have a single cut on them (for removal). If you have a wrist tag that's a bit more worse for wear, bring it to the TMBP office, and we'll help you out.
Q: Can I buy Stokens?
A: Stokens are earned by riding—they're a reward for your dedication to the trails!
Q: What about Golden Stokens?
A: Golden Stokens are precious! You can earn these by participating in challenges or special events at TMBP. They unlock exclusive rewards.
Q: What's so special about Special Edition Stokens?
A: Special Edition Stokens might be released in limited quantities, have unique designs, commemorate milestones, or unlock exclusive rewards.
Q: Can Season Pass holders earn Stokens?
A: Absolutely! You'll need 8 wrist tags to earn one Stoken.
Q: Can I give my Stokens to a friend?
A: Absolutely! Share the stoke and transfer your Stokens to a friend by sending us a message (through email or social media) with the following information:
Your full name
The Stoken number you want to transfer
The full name of the person you want to transfer the Stoken to
Q: What happens if I misplace my Stokens?
A: Stokens are valuable rewards that you've earned through your dedication on the trails – they represent your sweat equity! Unfortunately, Timberland Mountain Bike Park is not responsible for lost or stolen Stokens. Please ensure that you keep your Stokens in a secure location, like you would any other valuable item.
Q: I found a Stoken! Do I get to keep it?
A: While it's awesome that you found a Stoken, remember that Stokens are earned rewards that belong to other riders. If you happen to find a Stoken, please turn it in at the TMBP office. We'll do our best to reunite it with its rightful owner. Good karma comes back around, and you might even earn a Stoken yourself for your honesty!
Q: Can I combine different types of Stokens (regular, Golden, Special) to redeem rewards?
A: Yes, you can mix and match your Stokens to redeem rewards! Each Golden Stoken and Special Stoken is worth 2 regular Stokens. So, get creative and see what combinations you can come up with to unlock your desired rewards.
