TMBP Rider ID Card Terms & Conditions

  1.   TMBP Property - Non-Transferable
    This card is the property of Timberland Mountain Bike Park, and is non-transferable.
  1.   Waiver and Access
    Completion of the Annual Waiver form is mandatory to obtain and use this Rider ID, which grants access to TMBP facilities. Access may be subject to change.
  1.   Use = Agreement to Terms
    Riders who purchase Day Passes, or use the Shredit and Silver Shredit Cards, are required to have a Rider ID. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  1.   Processing Time & Temporary Access
    Please allow 10-12 working days for processing of your Rider ID. During this time, TMBP staff will maintain a master list of riders who have filled up the Annual Waiver, granting temporary access to the park.
  1.   Lost/Stolen Cards & TMBP Liability
    Report lost or stolen cards to TMBP immediately. Replacement fee of P200 will apply. TMBP is not responsible for lost or damaged cards.
  1.   Card Alteration & Access Revocation
    Any alteration invalidates this card. TMBP reserves the right to revoke access.
  1.   Renewal
    Your Rider ID and Annual Waiver expire on December 31, 2025. The renewal period is throughout the month December, with a renewal fee of P200. A new Rider ID will be issued upon renewal of the waiver.
  1.  Governing Law
    Use of this card is governed by Philippine law.
