Silver Shred!t Card Terms & Conditions

1. Card Description

The TMBP Shred!t Card is a prepaid card issued by Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) that grants the holder unlimited access to TMBP trails for four (4) separate days during TMBP's operating hours. Cardholders are entitled to the same privileges as regular day-pass holders, including 10% discount at Baker J, Ridge Cafe, and room stays at Timberland Highlands Resort.

2. Purchase and Activation

Shred!t Cards can be purchased at the TMBP ticket office. Cards are activated upon purchase and can be used immediately.

3. Usage

Upon arrival at TMBP, the cardholder must present the Shred!t Card and sign a liability waiver at the TMBP office, or present his TMBP Rider ID. A rider tag will be issued for additional identification and access control. The card will be punched to mark each day of usage. The card is void after four (4) punches.

The Shred!t Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions and is non-transferable. Any misuse of the card, including sharing it with others, may result in its confiscation and cancellation.

Cardholders must abide by all posted Park rules and regulations.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Shred!t Cards are non-refundable.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

TMBP is not liable for lost or stolen Shred!t Cards. Cardholders are responsible for safeguarding their cards.

6. Liability

Mountain biking involves inherent risks. Cardholders assume all risks associated with using TMBP trails and participate entirely at their own risk. TMBP is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while riding at the park.

7. Validity

Shred!t Cards are valid until their 4th use.

8. Right to Modify

TMBP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, the price of the Shred!t Card, or discontinue the Shred!t Card program at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the TMBP website and mobile app.
