TMBP Semi-Annual Pass Terms & Conditions
- Pass Validity and Use:
- The S-PASS is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date is indicated on the front of the S-PASS.
- The S-PASS grants the holder unlimited access to Timberland Mountain Bike Park's designated mountain bike trails during regular operating hours.
- The S-PASS costs P7,500.
- The S-PASS is non-transferable and non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in Section 7 (Refunds).
- Passholder Responsibilities:
- Passholders must present their valid S-PASS upon entering TMBP.
- Passholders must adhere to all Timberland Mountain Bike Park rules and regulations, including trail signage and any directions given by Park staff.
- Passholders must possess the skills and ability required to safely ride the mountain bike trails within the Park.
- Passholders are responsible for the proper maintenance and safety of their own mountain bikes and equipment.
- Passholders acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of mountain biking.
- Passholders need to pay P50 per entry as part of their Personal Accident Insurance package.
- Benefits:
- Unlimited access to the Park during operating hours, for 180 days.
- 10% discount on all Food & Beverage outlets at Timberland Highlands Resort
- 10% discount on room stays at Timberland Highlands Resort
- 10% discount on all THR Active Zone amenities
- 10% discount on THR massage services
- 10% discount on Pool and Shower Facilities
- Renewal:
- Renewal Eligibility: S-PASS holders are eligible to renew their pass before or upon expiry.
- Renewal Process: Renewal can be done at the Timberland Mountain Bike Park Office. Pass holders must present their expiring S-PASS and complete the renewal payment of P7,500.
- Please note that renewal is not automatic. Failure to renew will result in the expiration of the pass and the loss of associated benefits.
- Renewed S-PASSes will be ready for pick up at the TMBP Office after 10 working days.
- Liability:
- Timberland Mountain Bike Park is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by the passholder while using the Bike Park facilities.
- Passholders assume all risks of loss, damage, injury, or death that may result from mountain biking or other activities within the Park.
- Passholders understand they may be required to sign a separate liability waiver.
- Passholders must pay P50 Personal Accident Insurance Fee at the TMBP Office before entering Timberland Mountain Bike Park.

Pass Suspension or Revocation:
Timberland Mountain Bike Park reserves the right to suspend or revoke a semi-annual pass without a refund for the following reasons:
- Violation of Park rules and regulations
- Unsafe or reckless behavior
- Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other riders
- Any form of vandalism or damage to Park property

Refunds:
The S-PASS is non-refundable except in the following instances:
- An injury that prevents the holder from riding in TMBP for the foreseeable future, supported with medical documentation. A prorated refund of the unused portion may be given.
- Closure of the Park for extended periods due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, force majeure). Refunds in this case will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Lost or Stolen Passes:
- In case of loss, please contact the TMBP office immediately.

A replacement fee of P500.00 will be charged for lost passes.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Timberland Mountain Bike Park reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be made available on the Park's website and mobile app.
- Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
