TMBP Prime Pass Terms

TMBP PRIME PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing and/or using a TMBP Prime Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) Park Rules, and all other applicable policies and procedures of TMBP. Please read these terms carefully before purchase and use.
1. Prime Pass Overview & Eligibility
a. The **TMBP Prime Pass** grants the registered cardholder **unlimited full-day access** to the Timberland Mountain Bike Park trails during its specified fixed validity period.
b. The Prime Pass is available for purchase exclusively from **September 1st to October 31st** of each year.
c. Every purchase of a Prime Pass comes with a **complimentary TMBP Rider ID (or a 2026 renewal)**. This is included in the ₱7,500 price and provides the benefits of a personalized Rider ID, such as faster check-in and the birthday ride perk, throughout the pass's validity.
d. Eligibility for purchase may be subject to TMBP's discretion.
2. Validity Period
a. The TMBP Prime Pass is valid for a fixed period from **November 1st of the purchase year to July 1st of the following year**.
b. **Important Note on Purchase Date:** The pass's validity always starts on November 1st and ends on July 1st, regardless of when it is purchased within the September to October window. This ensures you receive the full 8 months of access.
c. Unused days or benefits on an expired Prime Pass cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.
3. Pass Usage & Entry
a. The Prime Pass must be presented to TMBP staff at the entrance for validation upon each visit.
b. A mandatory **₱50 (Philippine Pesos: Fifty) insurance fee is collected for each entry** for Prime Pass holders. This fee is separate from the Prime Pass purchase price.
c. The Prime Pass is **non-transferable** and can only be used by the registered cardholder. Any attempted use by a person other than the registered cardholder may result in the immediate confiscation, suspension, or cancellation of the pass without refund.
d. The Prime Pass is **not a customized ID card**; it does not feature the cardholder's photo. However, it will have the **cardholder's name clearly printed on the front**.
e. Entry is subject to park operating hours, capacity limits, and trail conditions. TMBP reserves the right to close trails or the entire park due to weather, maintenance, special events, or other safety concerns without prior notice. Such closures do not extend the pass validity or entitle the cardholder to a refund.
4. Purchase & Renewals
a. The Prime Pass is valid only for the specific fixed period mentioned (November 1st to July 1st).
b. Renewal for the next season is facilitated by purchasing a new Prime Pass during its designated sales window (September to October).
c. **Downgrades from an Annual or Semi-Annual Pass to a Prime Pass are permitted even before the existing pass expires.** However, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the existing pass.
5. Loss or Damage
a. In case of a lost or damaged Prime Pass, the registered cardholder must report it to the TMBP office as soon as possible.
b. A replacement fee of **₱550 (Philippine Pesos: Five Hundred)** will be charged for a new Prime Pass. The validity period of the replacement pass will remain consistent with the original pass's expiry date (July 1st).
6. Code of Conduct & Safety
a. All Prime Pass holders must adhere strictly to TMBP Park Rules, including but not limited to wearing appropriate safety gear, following trail signage, and respecting other riders and park staff.
b. Violation of park rules or engaging in unsafe behavior may result in the immediate suspension or permanent cancellation of the pass without refund.
c. Mountain biking involves inherent risks. TMBP is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during park visits. The mandatory insurance fee covers basic accident insurance as per its terms.
7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
a. TMBP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will be available on the TMBP website. Continued use of the pass after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
a. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
