The TMBP Rider ID

Skip the Paperwork, Get Straight to the Trails.
Ready to unlock the ultimate convenience on every visit? The TMBP Rider ID is your key to a smoother, faster, and more rewarding ride. It's your all-in-one card that acts as your annual waiver, so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time on the trails.
What is the TMBP Rider ID?
The TMBP Rider ID is a physical card that serves as proof of your annual waiver. It is a required form of identification for all riders using a Day Pass, a Flow Membership, or a Stoke Membership.
If you purchase a Prime Pass or Annual Pass, your pass is designed to double as your Rider ID, so you do not need a separate card.
Benefits of Your Rider ID:
- Instant Access: Skip the paperwork on every visit.
- Exclusive Perks: Enjoy 10% off at Food & Beverage outlets inside Timberland Highlands Resort and special discounts at our partner bike shops.
- Birthday Ride: Get a complimentary day pass during your birth month to use on the trails.

- Finalize In-Person: Visit the TMBP Office to sign your waiver and pay the β±200 processing fee. Your ID will then be put into production.

Your Rider ID Checklist
Your Rider ID is more than just an access cardβit's a tool to keep you safe and your rides hassle-free.
- πΈ Your Photo: Get it Right! For an easy check-in, your photo needs to be clear. Please make sure there are no helmets, sunglasses, or face coverings so we can see your face clearly.
- πͺ Keep Your ID Accessible When you're out on the trails, keep your ID in a safe but accessible place, like a jersey or shorts pocket. This is to assist our first responders in an emergency, especially if you're a solo rider.
- π€ Emergency Contact: Keep Them in the Loop Please make sure your emergency contact is aware that they're listed. This will help us get a hold of them quickly if we need to.
- π‘ Your ID is a Tool, Not a Day Pass Remember, your Rider ID streamlines the process, but you still need to pay the applicable day pass fee at the TMBP Office for each visit.
