TMBP Flow and Stoke Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Card Description and Purpose
- 1.1 The TMBP Flow Membership entitles the holder to five (5) uses of the Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) within a three (3)-month period from the date of purchase.
- 1.2 The TMBP Stoke Membership entitles the holder to ten (10) uses of the TMBP within a three (3)-month period from the date of purchase.
- 1.3 Memberships are intended for individual use only and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Eligibility and Purchase
- 2.1 Memberships may be purchased at the TMBP office located at Timberland Highlands Resort, San Mateo, Rizal.
- 2.2 Payment for Memberships must be made in full at the time of purchase. TMBP accepts cash, credit cards, Maya, and Gcash.
- 2.3 TMBP reserves the right to refuse the sale of a Membership to any individual at its sole discretion.
3. Card Usage and Restrictions
- 3.1 Memberships entitle the holder to entry to TMBP for general access to available trails.
- 3.2 TMBP reserves the right to restrict access to certain trails or areas of the park due to weather conditions, special events, or other operational reasons.
- 3.3 Memberships may not be used for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of TMBP.
- 3.4 Use of the Memberships is subject to all posted TMBP park rules and regulations.
4. Insurance
- 4.1 The price of the Memberships includes personal accident insurance coverage of ₱50 per use/ride. Details of the coverage, including the coverage amount and claims process, are available here.
5. Card Validity and Expiry
- 5.1 Memberships are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
- 5.2 Any unused uses/rides will be forfeited upon expiry of the Membership.
- 5.3 Membership renewal means a new card will be issued to the rider. Any unused uses/rides from the previous card will not be carried over to the new card.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- 6.1 Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 6.2 TMBP reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Membership without refund if the holder violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
7. Liability and Responsibility
- 7.1 Riders are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using TMBP.
- 7.2 TMBP shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by riders while using the park, except to the extent caused by TMBP's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- 7.3 Riders are expected to ride within their abilities and follow all posted signs and instructions.
8. Modification of Terms
- 8.1 TMBP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- 8.2 Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the TMBP website.
- 8.3 It is the responsibility of the Membership holder to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
9. Governing Law
- 9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
