Flow and Stoke Membership FAQ

TMBP Ride Your Way - Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding the New Membership Cards

Q: What are the new Membership Cards?

A: Level up your ride with our TWO new Membership Cards, designed to give you the best value and flexibility:

  • Flow Membership Card: 5 rides valid for 3 months, priced at ₱1500. That's an extra ride compared to the Silver Shredit Card! Perfect for those who like to keep their options open and ride at their own pace.

  • Stoke Membership Card: 10 rides valid for 3 months, priced at ₱3000. For those who crave more trail time! This is your ticket to ride more, save more, and fuel your passion. These cards offer greater flexibility and value compared to the Silver Shredit Cards and Day Passes. Ready to Ride Your Way?

Q: What are the benefits of the new Membership Cards?

A: The new Membership Cards offer several benefits:

  • Flexibility to choose the card that best suits your riding frequency.
  • Lower cost per ride compared to the Silver Shredit Card and Day Passes. For example, with the Stoke Card, each ride costs only ₱300, compared to ₱550 for a Day Pass.
  • Predictable spending with a fixed price and validity period.
  • Seamless integration with the Stoken System for earning rewards.

Q: What's the difference between a regular Day Pass and these new Flow and Stoke memberships?

A: A regular Day Pass grants you access to the trails for a single day. Flow and Stoke memberships, on the other hand, offer multiple rides over a 3-month period. This provides greater flexibility and significant cost savings for riders who plan to visit more than once. For example, the Stoke Card offers 10 rides at a lower per-ride cost compared to purchasing 10 separate Day Passes. These memberships are designed for riders who want to commit to multiple visits while enjoying better value.

Using Your Membership Card

Q: How do I use my Membership Card?

A: Simply present your Membership Card at the entrance each time you visit. Our staff will punch a hole in the card to track your remaining rides. When you purchase your card, our staff will also punch a hole in the "RENEW BY" section to indicate when your card is up for renewal (3 months from the purchase month, or when you've used up all your rides, whichever comes first). The cards are made of durable PVC, and should be kept away from excessive physical damage.

Q: How do I check how many rides I have left on my card?

A: Our staff will punch a hole in your card each time you ride. You can visually track the remaining punches. If you are ever unsure, our staff at the entrance can confirm how many rides you have remaining.

Q: Can I use my Membership Card on off-peak days?

A: Yes, you can use your Membership Card on any day of the week, including off-peak days. However, to maximize the value of your Membership Card, we recommend saving your rides for peak days (weekends and holidays) when Day Pass rates are higher. This way, you'll get the most out of your membership and enjoy greater savings.

Membership Card Management

Q: Can I renew my Membership Card early?

A: After you've used all the rides on your card, simply purchase a new one. This automatically renews your membership, giving you a fresh set of rides and a new 3-month validity period. Plus, you'll be well on your way to earning more Stokens!

Q: What if I lose my Membership Card?

A: If you lose your Membership Card, please inform our office as soon as possible. We can issue you a replacement card for a fee of ₱200. Since we track card usage, we'll be able to pre-punch the new card to reflect the number of rides you've already used.

Q: What if I don't use all my rides before the card expires?

A: We encourage you to use all your rides within the 3-month validity period. However, any unused rides will expire at the end of the 3 months or when the rides are used up, whichever comes first.

Q: Can I share my Membership Card with others?

A: No, Membership Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder. This is to prevent fraud, and to keep the trails safe.

Q: I lent my friend my Membership Card, and he/she used it. What happens now?

A: Membership Cards are non-transferable. Lending your card to others violates our terms and conditions. If we determine that a Membership Card has been used by someone other than the registered cardholder, we may take action, such as suspending or canceling the card. We encourage you to invite your friends to purchase their own Membership Cards or Day Passes.

Q: Are there any restrictions on when I can use my Membership Card?

A: No, your Membership Card can be used any day we are open. However, as mentioned before, to maximize your savings, we recommend using them on peak days when Day Pass rates are higher.

Q: What happens if the trails are closed due to weather or maintenance?

A: If the trails are closed for any reason, the day will not count towards your used rides. We will always communicate trail closures through our website and social media channels.

Membership Options and Transitions

Q: I am on a Season Pass, but would want to downgrade to a Flow or Stoke membership. Is that possible?

A: Season Passes are designed for riders who anticipate frequent and unlimited access to our trails over an extended period. Downgrading to a Flow or Stoke membership is possible, but only upon the expiration of your current Season Pass. We encourage you to utilize the full benefits of your Season Pass during its validity period. If you find that your riding habits change, you can then choose a Flow or Stoke membership when your current pass expires. We offer these different membership options to cater to various riding frequencies and preferences.

Q: If I buy a flow card, and want to upgrade to a stoke card, can I do that?

A: Currently, upgrades are only available upon the expiration of your current card. We designed the cards to give riders the flexibility to select the correct amount of rides for their needs. We have found that riders who ride more than 5 times in three months, greatly benefit from the stoke card.

Q: What happened to the Quarterly Pass?

A: We've phased out the Quarterly Pass as the new Membership Cards offer a more flexible and cost-effective option for most riders. This was done to streamline our membership options.

Q: Which pass is the most cost-effective for me?

A: It depends on your riding frequency and preferences. Here's a quick guide:

  • Infrequent Riders: Day Pass (especially with the new off-peak rates)
  • Occasional Riders: Flow Membership Card
  • Frequent Riders (primarily weekends): Semi-Annual Pass
  • Frequent Riders (year-round): Stoke Membership Card
  • Dedicated Enthusiasts (unlimited riding): Season Passes (Semi-Annual or Annual) We encourage you to compare the different options and choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my pass?

A: Yes, but only upon expiry of your current pass.

Q: What about renewals during the rainy season?

A: We understand that the rainy season (July to October) can affect riding plans. That's why we offer flexibility in our renewal policy. While the general renewal window is 3 months, or when the rides are used up, we may extend this on a case-by-case basis to ensure you have ample opportunity to renew your membership and continue enjoying the benefits.

Stoken System and Rewards

Q: How does the Stoken System work with the new Membership Cards?

A: It's simple!

  • Flow Card: Automatically earn 1 Stoken when you use all 5 rides on your Flow Card, please keep your wrist tags and surrender them before renewal to claim the Stoken.
  • Stoke Card: Automatically earn 2 Stokens when you use all 10 rides on your Stoke Card, please keep your wrist tags and surrender them before renewal to claim your Stokens.
  • This means you're earning rewards just for riding! You can then redeem your Stokens for exclusive TMBP merchandise and other perks.

Q: What can I redeem my Stokens for?

A: You can currently redeem your Stokens for exclusive TMBP merchandise. We'll be adding more exciting rewards in the future, so stay tuned!
