TMBP Day Pass Terms & Conditions
1. Pass Description and Purpose
1.1 The TMBP Day Pass entitles the holder to a single entry to the Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) on the date of purchase. 1.2 Day Passes are intended for individual use only and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Eligibility and Purchase
2.1 Day Passes may be purchased at the TMBP office located at Timberland Highlands Resort, San Mateo, Rizal. 2.2 Payment for Day Passes must be made in full at the time of purchase. TMBP accepts cash, credit cards, Maya, and Gcash. 2.3 TMBP reserves the right to refuse the sale of a Day Pass to any individual at its sole discretion.
3. Pass Usage and Restrictions
3.1 Day Passes entitle the holder to a single entry to TMBP for general access to available trails. 3.2 TMBP reserves the right to restrict access to certain trails or areas of the park due to weather conditions, special events, or other operational reasons. 3.3 Day Passes may not be used for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of TMBP. 3.4 Use of the Day Passes is subject to all posted TMBP park rules and regulations.
4. Insurance
4.1 The price of the Day Pass includes mandatory personal accident insurance coverage of ₱50. Details of the coverage, including the coverage amount and claims process, are available here.
5. Pass Validity and Expiry
5.1 A Day Pass is valid for a single entry on the date of purchase and expires at the close of business hours on that same day. 5.2 The pass is non-refundable if unused and cannot be carried over to another day.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Day Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 6.2 TMBP reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Day Pass without refund if the holder violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 Riders are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using TMBP. 7.2 TMBP shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by riders while using the park, except to the extent caused by TMBP's gross negligence or willful misconduct. 7.3 Riders are expected to ride within their abilities and follow all posted signs and instructions.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1 TMBP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 8.2 Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the TMBP website. 8.3 It is the responsibility of the Pass holder to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
