TMBP Annual Pass Terms & Conditions

2026 TMBP Annual Pass Sample

By purchasing and/or using a TMBP Annual Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) Park Rules, and all other applicable policies and procedures of TMBP. Please read these terms carefully before purchase and use.

1. Pass Validity, Use, and Integrated Rider ID
a. The TMBP Annual Pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date is indicated on the front of the pass.
b. The Annual Pass grants the holder unlimited access to Timberland Mountain Bike Park's designated mountain bike trails during regular operating hours.
c. The Annual Pass costs ₱12,000.
d. Your Annual Pass also functions as your official TMBP Rider ID. Use of this pass is conditional upon the mandatory completion and acceptance of the Annual Waiver. This pass serves as your proof of waiver agreement.
e. The Annual Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in Section 6 (Refunds).

2. Passholder Responsibilities
a. Passholders must present their valid Annual Pass and pay the mandatory ₱50 personal accident insurance fee upon entering TMBP.
b. Passholders must adhere to all Timberland Mountain Bike Park rules and regulations, including trail signage and any directions given by Park staff.
c. Passholders must possess the skills and ability required to safely ride the mountain bike trails within the Park.
d. Passholders are responsible for the proper maintenance and safety of their own mountain bikes and equipment.
e. Passholders acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of mountain biking.

3. Benefits
a. Unlimited access to the Park during operating hours for 365 days.
b. 10% discount on all Food & Beverage outlets, room stays, THR Active Zone amenities, massage services, and Pool and Shower Facilities at Timberland Highlands Resort.

4. Renewal
a. Renewal Eligibility: Annual Pass holders are eligible to renew their pass before or upon expiry.
b. Renewal Process: Renewal can be done at the Timberland Mountain Bike Park Office. Pass holders must present their expiring pass and complete the renewal payment of ₱12,000.
c. A renewed Annual Pass will be ready for pickup at the TMBP Office after 10 working days.
d. Please note that renewal is not automatic. Failure to renew will result in the expiration of the pass and the loss of associated benefits.

5. Liability and Safety
a. Timberland Mountain Bike Park is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by the passholder while using the Bike Park facilities.
b. Passholders assume all risks of loss, damage, injury, or death that may result from mountain biking or other activities within the Park.
c. Passholders understand they may be required to sign a separate liability waiver.
d. Violation of park rules or engaging in unsafe or reckless behavior may result in the immediate suspension or permanent cancellation of the pass without refund.

6. Refunds
The Annual Pass is non-refundable except in the following instances:
a. An injury that prevents the holder from riding in TMBP for the foreseeable future, supported with medical documentation. A prorated refund of the unused portion may be given.
b. Closure of the Park for extended periods due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, force majeure). Refunds in this case will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Lost or Stolen Passes
a. In case of a lost or stolen pass, the registered cardholder must report it to the TMBP Office immediately.
b. A replacement fee of ₱550 will be charged for a new pass.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Timberland Mountain Bike Park reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be made available on the Park's website.
b. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the TMBP website. Continued use of the pass after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
