Our Day Passes are designed to be flexible and rewarding. Here are the answers to your most frequently asked questions.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR PASS

Q: What is the difference between the Weekday and Weekend & Holiday Pass?
A: The Weekday Pass is valid for single entry from Wednesday to Friday, while the Weekend & Holiday Pass is valid for single entry on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays. Both passes include mandatory personal accident insurance.

Q: Do I get a physical card for my pass?
A: No. Upon purchase, you will receive a rider wrist tag. To use it, simply keep it on for the duration of your ride.

Q: Are the passes transferable?
A: No. Day passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who registered for them.

PASS MANAGEMENT

Q: What happens if I lose my rider wrist tag?
A: Your wrist tag is your proof of purchase for the day. Please keep it on.

Q: What if I can't finish my ride before the park closes?
A: Day Passes are valid for a single entry on the date of purchase. Any unused time will be forfeited.

Q: Can I upgrade my pass?
A: Day Passes cannot be upgraded, but you can purchase a Multi-Ride or Season Pass at any time at our office.

STOKEN SYSTEM AND REWARDS

Q: How do the passes relate to the Stoken System?
A: All our passes allow you to earn valuable Stokens! You will receive these loyalty points after your ride, which can then be redeemed for TMBP merchandise and other exclusive perks.
