GETTING YOUR RIDER ID

Q: Who should get a Rider ID?
A: We highly recommend the Rider ID for riders using a Day Pass, a Flow Membership, or a Stoke Membership to simplify your check-in process. The Rider ID is included with the Prime Pass and Annual Pass, so a separate purchase is not needed.

Q: How long does it take to get my Rider ID?
A: Your Rider ID will be ready for pickup in 10-12 working days after you've paid and signed your waiver at the TMBP Office. We'll contact you when it's ready. In the meantime, you can still ride the trails.

A: If you choose not to get a Rider ID, you will be required to sign a waiver and present a valid government-issued ID at the TMBP Office on every visit to the park.
