2026 Rider ID Terms and Conditions

2026 TMBP Rider ID Sample

By obtaining and/or using a TMBP Rider ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) Park Rules, and all other applicable policies and procedures of TMBP. Please read these terms carefully before use.

1. Rider ID Overview & Purpose
a. The TMBP Rider ID is a physical card that serves as proof of your annual waiver, which is required for all riders. It is a recommended option that allows for a streamlined check-in process on subsequent visits.
b. The Rider ID is the property of TMBP and is non-transferable.
c. The Rider ID costs ₱200, which includes your annual waiver.

2. Waiver and Park Access
a. All riders must complete an annual waiver to access TMBP facilities.
b. Presenting a valid Rider ID will serve as your completed waiver for the year, granting you immediate access after paying the insurance fee.
c. Riders who choose not to obtain a Rider ID must sign a new waiver and present a government-issued ID on every visit to the park.

3. Pass Use and Benefits
a. The Rider ID is required for entry to the park, regardless of your chosen pass (Day Pass, Membership, or Season Pass).
b. Your Rider ID grants you exclusive benefits, including 10% off at select outlets and a complimentary birthday ride.

4. Validity and Renewals
a. Your Rider ID and annual waiver expire on December 31st of each year.
b. You may renew your Rider ID and waiver at the TMBP Office from October to December for a fee of ₱200.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
a. Report lost or stolen cards to the TMBP Office immediately.
b. A replacement fee of ₱550 will be charged for a new card.

6. Code of Conduct
a. All riders, including Rider ID holders, must adhere to TMBP Park Rules and regulations.
b. Violation of park rules or engaging in unsafe behavior may result in the immediate revocation of your Rider ID and the loss of access to the park without a refund.

7. Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
