Q: What is the TMBP Prime Pass?
A: The Prime Pass is your ultimate ticket for unlimited mountain biking during the prime dry season. The pass is valid for a fixed period from November 1st to July 1st, and it costs ₱7,500.

Q: Does the Prime Pass include a Rider ID?
A: Yes, your Prime Pass serves as your official TMBP Rider ID. It is a single, integrated card that includes your name and photo, so you don't need a separate Rider ID.

Q: When can I purchase the Prime Pass?
A: The Prime Pass is available for purchase exclusively from September 1st to October 31st each year.

Q: Why should I buy it early?
A: To get the maximum value from your pass. The validity period always starts on November 1st, so purchasing it early ensures you get the full season of unlimited access.

Q: How do I use my Prime Pass for entry?
A: Simply present your Prime Pass at the TMBP Office. After paying the mandatory ₱50 personal accident insurance fee, you will receive your wrist tag and be ready to hit the trails.

Q: Is the Prime Pass transferable?
A: No, the Prime Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder. Any attempted use by a person other than the registered cardholder will result in the immediate confiscation and deactivation of the pass without a refund.

Q: What happens if I lose my Prime Pass?
A: Report lost or stolen passes to the TMBP Office immediately. There is a replacement fee of ₱550 for a new pass.

Q: Does my Prime Pass grant me other benefits?
A: Yes! Your pass also includes a complimentary birthday ride and grants you exclusive discounts at partner bike shops and 10% off at all Food & Beverage outlets inside Timberland Highlands Resort.

Q: Does my Rider ID still work after July 1st?
A: Yes. While your unlimited park access ends on July 1st, your pass will continue to function as your Rider ID until December 31st of the current year. This allows you to still enjoy other benefits, like partner discounts.
