Rider ID Terms & Conditions

TMBP RIDER ID TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying for, purchasing, or using a Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) Rider ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the TMBP Park Rules, the Rider’s Responsibility Code, and all other official facility regulations.

1. TMBP Property & Non-Transferable Use

The physical TMBP Rider ID card remains the exclusive property of Timberland Mountain Bike Park. It is strictly non-transferable and may be used solely by the registered individual whose name and photograph appear on the card. Lending, transferring, or reselling your Rider ID will result in the immediate confiscation and cancellation of the card without refund.

2. Annual Liability Waiver & Park Access

Execution of the official annual liability waiver is required to activate and maintain a valid Rider ID. The physical card serves as registered, verified proof of this waiver on file. Possession of a Rider ID or presentation of an entry wristband constitutes unconditional acceptance of all TMBP policies, risk disclosures, and park rules. Park operations, trail accessibility, and schedules remain subject to change at management's discretion.

3. Nature of the Card (ID vs. Park Pass)

The TMBP Rider ID is an identification, liability verification, and perk card—it is not a park entry pass.

A valid Day Pass or Prime Pass is required to access the trails on every visit.

Riders holding a Prime Pass do not need to apply for or carry a separate Rider ID, as the Prime Pass already incorporates an integrated Rider ID with an annual waiver on file.

Riders who opt not to hold a Rider ID may still enter by presenting a valid government-issued ID and signing a single-day liability waiver at the desk for each visit.

4. Processing Time & Interim Access

Please allow 10 to 12 working days for the production and printing of your personalized Rider ID card. During this production period, the TMBP Office maintains an active registry of verified applicants with signed annual waivers on file, clearing you for immediate park entry upon purchasing your trail pass.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards & Replacement

Report lost or stolen cards to the TMBP Office immediately. A replacement processing fee of ₱500 will apply for any reissued card. To obtain a replacement, you must present a valid government-issued ID and a signed or notarized Affidavit of Loss. Timberland Mountain Bike Park is not liable for unauthorized use of lost, stolen, or damaged cards prior to official notification.

6. Card Tampering & Revocation of Privileges

Any unauthorized alteration, defacement, photo swapping, or digital duplication of a TMBP Rider ID will immediately invalidate the card. TMBP reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke park access, cardholder privileges, and trail access without compensation or refund from any individual who violates these terms or engages in unsafe behavior on park grounds.

7. Validity & Annual Renewal

Your Rider ID and associated annual waiver are valid through December 31 of the registered calendar year. The annual renewal window opens every October 1 through December 31 at the TMBP Office, requiring the execution of the incoming calendar year’s liability waiver and payment of the ₱200 renewal processing fee.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the use of the TMBP Rider ID shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
