Timberland Mountain Bike Park (TMBP) Stoken Terms and Conditions

1. The Stoken System

The TMBP Stoken System is a rewards program designed to enhance the rider experience and foster community within the park. It provides a framework for recognizing and rewarding rider engagement.

The program includes multiple Stoken categories:

• Stokens: Earned through park access purchases. Specific details on earning rates can be found at the TMBP office or website.
• Golden Stokens: Awarded for achievements in challenges and special events, available to all park patrons.
• Special Stokens: Released for significant dates or events, available to all park patrons.

Stokens can be redeemed for benefits such as merchandise, park access, rentals, and event participation. A Stoken Redemption menu is available at the TMBP office and on the official TMBP website.

2. Stoken Handling and Ownership

• Stokens are issued by TMBP and must be returned upon redemption.
• Treat Stokens with care. Damaged or modified Stokens may be invalid.

3. Earning Stokens

• Stokens are earned through various means, including but not limited to park access purchases, participation in events, and special promotions.
• Specific details on how to earn Stokens and the corresponding amounts can be found on the official TMBP website or at the TMBP office.

4. Stoken Redemption

• Stokens can be redeemed for various rewards as outlined in the Stoken Redemption Menu.
• The Stoken Redemption Menu is subject to change at the discretion of TMBP.

5. Stoken Transfers

• Stoken transfers may be permitted. Please contact TMBP for information on the current transfer policy.

6. General Conditions

• TMBP reserves the right to modify the Stoken System, rewards, and these terms at any time. Stay informed through official TMBP channels.
• Stokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Counterfeiting or unauthorized replication of Stokens will result in disqualification from the program and potential park access restrictions.

The Stoken System is intended to enhance your experience and build community at TMBP. Participation is subject to all park rules and regulations. Contact TMBP personnel for any questions about the Stoken program.

8. Lost or Stolen Stokens

• Riders are responsible for their Stokens.
• Report lost or stolen Stokens to TMBP staff.
• TMBP may, at its discretion, replace lost Stokens under certain conditions.

9. Attempted Redemption of Unverified Stokens

• TMBP staff will verify Stokens upon redemption.
• Attempted redemption of counterfeit or unauthorized Stokens will be addressed according to TMBP policy.
