Membership FAQ

Our new Membership Cards are designed to be flexible and rewarding. Here are the answers to your most frequently asked questions.

 

UNDERSTANDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Q: What is the difference between the Flow and Stoke Membership? A: The Flow Membership is designed for occasional riders and provides 5 full-day visits. The Stoke Membership is for frequent riders and offers 10 full-day visits, plus a complimentary Rider ID or renewal. Both memberships are valid for 6 months. ID's are valid until December 31 of the current calendar year.

Q: Do I get a physical card for my membership? A: Yes. Upon purchase, you will receive a physical membership card. To use it, simply present your card at the TMBP office, where staff will punch a hole to track your visits.

Q: Are the memberships transferable? A: No. Both the Flow and Stoke memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.

 

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

Q: What happens if I lose my membership card? A: Please inform our office as soon as possible. We can issue a replacement card for a ₱200 fee. The new card will be pre-punched to reflect any visits you have already used.

Q: What if I don't use all my visits before the membership expires? A: Any unused visits will be forfeited upon expiry. The memberships are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Q: Can I upgrade my membership? A: Yes! We designed our membership options to allow you to upgrade as your riding habits evolve. While downgrades are only possible upon expiration, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Our staff will be happy to assist you in getting credit for your unused rides towards a higher-tier membership, like a Season Pass.

 

STOKEN SYSTEM AND REWARDS

Q: How do the memberships relate to the Stoken System? A: Both memberships allow you to earn valuable Stokens! You will receive these loyalty points upon using all your rides, which can then be redeemed for TMBP merchandise and other exclusive perks.
