Q: What is the TMBP Annual Pass?
A: The Annual Pass is your premium option for a full year of unlimited mountain biking. It is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and costs ₱12,000.
Q: Does the Annual Pass include a Rider ID?
A: Yes, your Annual Pass is designed to serve as your official TMBP Rider ID. It is a single, integrated card that includes your name and photo, so you do not need to purchase a separate ID.
Q: What are the benefits of the Annual Pass?
A: Your pass includes unlimited access to the park and a 10% discount on all Food & Beverage outlets, resort stays, and amenities at Timberland Highlands Resort. It also serves as your annual waiver, which means no more paperwork on every visit.
Q: How do I use my Annual Pass for entry?
A: Simply present your Annual Pass at the TMBP Office. After paying the mandatory ₱50 personal accident insurance fee per entry, you will receive a wrist tag and be ready to hit the trails.
Q: How do I get my pass?
A: You can apply for your pass by filling out the pre-registration form online. Once it is ready, you will be notified to visit the TMBP Office to finalize the process, complete your waiver, and receive your card.
Q: Is the Annual Pass transferable?
A: No, the pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.
Q: How do I renew my pass?
A: You can renew your pass at the TMBP Office upon or before its expiration. You will need to complete the renewal payment of ₱12,000.
Q: What if I lose my pass?
A: Report lost or stolen passes to the TMBP Office immediately. There is a replacement fee of ₱550 for a new pass.
