TMBP Annual Pass FAQ

 

Q: How do I avail of the Annual Pass?

A: To apply for a TMBP Annual Pass:

1. If you haven't already, download and install the TMBP Mobile App to create a Rider account.You can visit https://timberlandmountainbikepark.com/ for the relevant links.

After activation, or if you already have an existing account, fill up the form at: https://forms.gle/gSeAswgXiGog8JYP8 

*Management has the right to refuse application forms based on data discrepancies or inaccuracies. 

2. Once the application form has been submitted, please allow at least 8 working days to process and produce your annual pass.

3. We will let you know when your Pass is ready via email - and you can pick it up the next time you visit TMBP.

4. You can opt to pay for your Annual Pass at the TMBP office after you've signed up, or when it is ready for pickup. The TMBP office accepts cash, credit card, Gcash and Maya payments.


Q: How much does the Annual Pass cost?
A: The Annual Pass costs P12,000 per year.


Q:  How long is the Annual Pass valid?
A: The pass is valid for one full year from the date of purchase.


Q: What does the Annual Pass include?
A: The Annual Pass grants you:

  • Unlimited access to TMBP during operating hours
  • 10% discount on F&B, resort stays, resort amenities, massage services, and pool/shower facilities

Q: How do I use the Annual pass?
A: While we are still working on integrating the Annual Pass into the mobile app system, Annual Pass holders will temporarily have to fill up and submit a signed waiver, as well as purchase the P50 Personal Accident Insurance package. Annual pass holders will be issued a TMBP tag for the day.

Q: Do I need to have my annual pass scanned?
A: That feature will be made available in an upcoming update of the mobile app - so stay tuned!


Q: Can I transfer my pass to someone else or get a refund?
A: The pass is non-transferable. Refunds are only given in specific cases:

  • Documented injury preventing use of the pass (a prorated refund may be offered)
  • Extended park closure due to unforeseen events (case-by-case basis)

Q:  Am I responsible for anything else as a passholder?
A: Yes. As a passholder, you must:

  • Present your pass upon entry 
  • Purchase a Personal Accident Insurance package (P50) at the TMBP Office before the ride
  • Follow TMBP rules and regulations
  • Ride safely and within your skill level
  • Maintain your own bike and equipment
  • Understand the risks of mountain biking

Q: Does the pass cover me for injuries?
A: No. It does not cover injuries or damages. This is why you are required to  pay a P50 Personal Accident Insurance fee every time you enter TMBP. You may also need to sign a liability waiver.


Q:  Can my pass be taken away?
A: Yes. TMBP can revoke your pass without refund if you violate park rules, endanger yourself or others, or damage park property.


Q: What if I lose my pass?
A: There is a P600 replacement fee for lost or stolen passes. Please inform the TMBP Front Office immediately if you have misplaced your pass.


Q: Can the Terms and Conditions change?
A: Yes. TMBP can modify the Terms and Conditions. You'll be notified of changes via the park website and mobile app. You can view current T&Cs here.
